Meetings
There is an entire team meeting every Wednesday from 4pm to 5pm in the FAC 104 Room in NJIT to discuss deadlines and events. For more information check out our Google Calender.
History
Originally just a thought, Highlander Racing formed in August of 2004 under the leadership of Shamoon Siddiqui. Through an intense sponsorship effort and considerable support from the ECE Department (http://www.njit.edu/ece) at NJIT, major corporate sponsors donated to the cause. After sponsorship, team building was critical. At the first meeting, there were only 6 members present. From that meeting, only 3 members remain in today's team. Happily, dozens more have since joined and our team now consists of the most competent and dedicated minds NJIT has to offer.
